MEDICAL FLEAM KNIFE, 19th century, with three metal blades with puncture points, in fold-away brass holder, by Joseph Rodgers & Sons, No 5 Norfolk St, Sheffield, England. Fine.

The fleam was used by doctors and veterinarians for blood letting of humans and animals.
