CRISPINA, wife of Commodus, (A.D. 178-182), silver denarius, (3.170 grams), issued Rome 180-182, obv. CRISPINA AVGVSTA, draped bust to right, rev. VENVS, Venus standing to left holding apple and drawing up drapery from shoulder, (S.5992, RSC 36, RIC 286b). Good very fine.
