JULIA PAULA (WIFE OF ELAGABALUS), (A.D. 219), silver denarius, (2.228 grams), obv. draped bust of Julia Paula to right, around IVLIA PAVLA AVG, rev. Venus enthroned to left holding apple and sceptre, around VENVS GENETRIX, (S.7658, RIC 222, RSC.21). Flan crack, otherwise extremely fine and rare.
