INDIA, Mughal, Shah Alam II, (A.H. 1173-1221, 1759-1806), silver rupee, (11.24 g), as an issue of the Maratha Confederacy, from Balwantnagar (Jhansi) mint (mint on bottom line of reverse), RY 13, AH [11]85 (1771-2), with distinctive mint symbol on middle line of reverse, (KM.256). Golden red patination, extremely fine and rare, with collector's descriptive flip.
