EADMUND, (939-946), silver penny, circumspection cross, two line horizontal rosette, North Midlands mint (Chester), moneyer Regnulf, (1.57 g), obv. cross pattee within inner circle, +EADMVND REX around within outer circle, rev. moneyers name in two lines REGN +++ VLFM divided by three cross pattee, crude rosettes above and below, (S.1105, N.691, BMC i). Toned, good very fine and rare.
