EADRED, (946-954), silver penny, crowned bust type, East Midlands mint, moneyer Fredard, (1.33 g), obv. crowned and draped bust right, extending beyond solid inner circle + EADRED REX around, rev. + EREDARD NONEIT around small cross pattee in solid inner circle, (S.1115, N.713, BMC v). Toned, flan crack, good very fine and rare.
