SICILY, Syracuse, (c.405-357 B.C.), AE 15, (3.80 g), obv. Artemis-Arethusa head to left in sphendone, dolphin behind, within line border, rev. wheel of four spokes, **SU - RA* in upper quadrants, two dolphins in lower, (S.1186, Calciati 21, BMC 243, SNG ANS 411, HGC 2, 1479). Pleasing dark brown-black patina, nearly extremely fine, rare in this condition.
