THESSALY, The Magnetes, (c.mid 2nd century B.C.), AE dichalkon, (4.02 g), obv. laureate head of Apollo right, rev. Artemis advancing right, wearing billowing chlamys and chiton, holding long torch in each hand, **MAGNH[TWN]*, around, (S.2139, Rogers -, BCD Thessaly II 417.2, HGC 4, 71). Dark brown patina, very fine and scarce.
