EGYPT, Alexandria, Tiberius and Divus Augustus, (A.D. 14-37), billon tetradrachm, year I**D* = 14 = A.D. 27-8, (11.69 grams), obv. laureate head to left of Tiberius, around **TIBE[RIOS KAISAR SEBASTOS]*, LI**D* before, rev. radiate head of Augustus to right, around traces of **[QEOS[ SEBASTOS*], (cf.S.312, RPC 5091, Koln 50, BMC 40, Milne 56, SNG Cop.49). Heavy area of surface oxidation on both sides, otherwise very fine and rare.
