PELOPONNESOS, Phliasia, Phlious, silver hemidrachm, (c.430 - 420 B.C.), (2.38 g), obv. bull with central garland butting left, rev. large **F* with pelleted crossbar, within dotted square with pellets in each corner, within incuse square, (S.2754, BCD 95 [same obverse die], BMC 5 = Traite 719, Weber 3878 [same dies]). Bright, porous in places, very fine and very rare.

Ex BCD Collection, from CNG Mail bid Sale, 81, May 20, 2009 (lot 2022), previously from Muller Auction Sale 47, 28 September 1984 (lot 697 part). In a descriptive collectors flip with CNG ticket.
