HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 126, (11.48 grams), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, rev. SALVS AVGVSTI around, COS III in exergue, Salus standing to left, holding a patera in her left hand feeding snake coiled coming out of the altar, (S.3692, RIC 678 variety (no drapery], C.1367 variety, BMC 1349). Dark green patina with well defined portrait, extremely fine.
