ELAGABULUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 220-1, (3.39 g), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around VICTORIA AVG, Victory hovering between two shields, star in right field, (S.7554, RIC 161, RSC 300a). As struck with original mint bloom, good extremely fine, very scarce as such.
