SALONINA, wife of Gallienus (died A.D. 268), silver antoninianus, Antioch Mint, issued 265, (3.59 g), obv. diademed and draped bust to right, set on crescent, around SALONINA AVG, rev. Ceres seated to left, holding corn ears and torch, around CERERI AVG, (S.10627, RSC.22, RIC 90); another similar Antioch Mint, (3.44 g), rev. Venus standing left, resting shield, transverse sceptre, holding helmet, PXV in exergue, VENVS AVG around, (S.10654, RSC 113, RIC 86). Both wth mint bloom, extremely fine. (2)
