ALLECTUS, (A.D. 293-296), billon antoninianus, London Mint, issued 293-6 A.D., (5.05 g), obv. radiate cuirassed bust of Allectus to right, around IMP C ALLECTVS P F AVG, rev. PAX AVG, Pax standing left, S A across, ML in exergue, (S.13818, RIC 28, C.31, Webb 37-39, Askew 477). Green toning, some earthen patination, traces of silvering, good very fine and very scarce.
