H.E,Redmond. 28 Bn. A.I.F. on last three medals. Display mounted, contact marks, otherwise very fine.

Harry Edward Redmond, journalist, age 37, born at Capprguin, County Waterford, Ireland; Enl.08Dec1915 at Perth, WA, with previous service with Imperial Yeomanry and Driscoll's Scouts in Boer War; Emb.12Feb1916; TOS 51Bn 02Apr1916; to hospital in England with septic neck 19Jun1916; to France 12Dec1916; WIA 02Apr1917 GSW left knee, France; to A/Sgt 10Jun1917; reverted to rank of Pte 15Jul1917; WIA 26Sep1917 shell wound left leg, France; WIA 24Apr1918 GSW chest, France; invalided to UK 30Apr1918; Disch.10Apr1919 in London being Medically Unfit.
