GROUP OF FOUR TO OFFICER WIA AT GALLIPOLI: Queen's South Africa Medal 1899 (type 3 reverse), - three clasps - Cape Colony, Orange Free State, South Africa 1902; 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18, Victory Medal 1914-19. Lieut: H.J.F.Wallis, Manch. Rgt. on first medal, Captain H.F.Wallis. 2 I.B.H.Q. A.I.F. on second medal, Lt. Col: H.J.F.Wallis. on last two medals. The first medal engraved, the other medals impressed. Display mounted, a few small edge nicks on first medal and a small oxidation spot on last medal, otherwise very fine.

Note: The 1914-15 Star was administered by the Department of Defence, Australia and the British War Medal 1914-18 and Victory Medal 1914-19 were administered by the War Office in England.
