Together with tribute medal in voided silver (32x38mm), ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'Pres: By/Residents of/Punchbowl/To/Pte D.Cheeseman (sic)/1919'; Returned from Active Service badge (AIF), reverse numbered 257647.
