(CALEDONIAN SOCIETY SPORTS, Ashburton, 1882), inscribed, fob medal, handcrafted in gold (probably 15ct, 10.5g, 35x25mm), by G.C. & Co (Giles Coates, Christchurch), ring top suspension, one side inscribed 'Caledonian Society Sports/Ashburton 1882/Prize For/Dancing Highland Fling', the other side inscribed 'Won By James Murray/Presented by F.Hill'. Very fine.
