WWI IDENTITY DISC, on a France, Louis Philippe I, silver five francs (c1840) (37mm), reverse smoothed out and impressed with 'N.Z. Mil.Forces/H.Faithful/Otago.M.R./ 9/2066', holed at top for suspension. Fine.

9/2066 Tpr Harold Faithful, 10th Reinforcements, Otago Mounted Rifles, D Squadron, NZEF, embarked from New Zealand 4th March 1916.
