TAIERI AGRICULTURAL & PASTORAL ASSOCIATION, struck in silver (48mm), by G & T Young Dunedin & Timaru, reverse inscribed 'A.Cowie/For/Best Hackney/Brood Mare/1884'. Bright obverse, reverse with uneven toning the consequence of the remnants of a glue mark, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
