TE TIPUA, uniface, struck in gold (9ct, 8.2g, 40x31mm), no maker, ring top suspension, obverse inscribed 'For King & Country', reverse inscribed 'Pres. To/Dvr. E.A.Goodwin/By/Te Tipua Friends/On His Return From War/12.3.19'. Very fine.

Probably 10588 Dvr Ernest Arthur Goodwin, 12 Reinforcements, NZFA, embarked from New Zealand 6 May 1916.
