BOER WAR, Queen Victoria, South Africa 1900, gift tin (W95xL155xD22), with painted lid and raised gold painted bust of Queen Victoria in centre but all gold paint faded, across the bottom of the lid is the message, 'I wish you a happy New Year', all the text on the lid is faded, inside is some residue of chocolate and its wrapping foil. Much gold plating missing, a renovation project, good.
