N.S.W. Govt. Rys (NSW Government Railways), pass in voided silver (24.5x30mm), ring top suspension, obverse, '2/46 (voided)/2', impressed on reverse 'A.A.Watson.171/31.8.16'. Oxidation mark on obverse and reverse, otherwise very fine.

Probably A.A.Watson who was President of the Public Service Association.
