NEW SOUTH WALES POLICE, helmet plate (E [VII]R), appears to be a specimen strike in bronze (53.5x52mm), two lugs on reverse, crown at top and decorative piece at base both not struck. Small dent near one lug, otherwise extremely fine and unused.
