MEN'S RING, in gold, (18ct, tot wt 13.36 g), hallmarked Birmingham, 1903, maker H Aston Ltd, set with a large oval carnelian intaglio, intricately carved with a heraldic crest depicting escallops and griffin heads (Earle family?). Extremely fine, the carnelian engraving of the highest quality.
