MC GROUP OF FOUR: Military Cross (GRI); British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; War Medal 1939-45. First and last medals unnamed, 2.Lieut. R.E.A.Richardson. on second and third medals. The named medals impressed. Swing mounted, contact marks on first two medals, otherwise very fine - extremely fine.

MC: Supplement to LG 3/6/1919, p6833, to Lt Roland Edward Acril Richardson, W. Rid. Bde., R.G.A., T.F., attd. 342nd Sge. By.
Roland Edward Acril Richardson served with the West Riding Brigade, Royal Garrison Artillery, Territorial Force and went to France with that unit on 24Jan1918; promoted to Lieutenant, RGA TF on 24Dec1918 while attached to 342nd Siege Battery, RGA; rejoined the army as 2 Lieutenant, Royal Artillery, Regular Army Emergency Commission on 16Sep1939; resigned his commission as a Captain on 20Jul1940.
