A.I.F. on first medal, 846 Pte D.Campbell. 12 L.H.Rgt. A.I.F. on second medal, 846 Pte D.Campbell. 12 L.H.R. A.I.F. on last medal. All medals impressed. Court mounted, a few small marks on second and last medals, otherwise very fine.

David Stewart Campbell, boundary rider, age 22, born at Kilconher, Fifeshire, Scotland; Enl.20Mar1915 at Liverpool, Sydney, NSW; Emb.25Jun1915; TOS 7LHR from 12LHR 02Oct1915 at Gallipoli; to hospital ship at Anzac, Gallipoli with jaundice 16Nov1915; to hospital at Cairo 23Nov1915; to Choubra Mil Inf Hospital with enteric 13Jan1916; RTA 10Jun1916 due to enteric; returned to duty 07Sep1916; to hospital with neuritis 15Nov1916; Disch.28Nov1916 Medically Unfit.
