TRIO: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. O.N. 1729 S.C.Green. Ord. Sea. On first medal, 1729 S.C.Green. A.B. R.A.N. on last two medals. All medals impressed. Display mounted, first medal ribbon with foxing and oxidation marks on medal, other medals with some contact marks, otherwise very fine.
Together with HMAS Melbourne badge in gilt and enamel (28mm), pin-back.
Stanley Clyde Green, born 23Sep1896 at North Carlton, Melbourne, Vic; Enl.23Sep1914; served as a Boy on HMAS Tingira and Ord Seaman on HMAS Melbourne and later as an Able Seaman on HMAS Melbourne and various other ships; Disch.22Sep1921 on expiration of enlistment term.
