MACEDON, Perdikkas II, (451-413 B.C.), silver tetrobol 13mm, (1.96 g), light Macedonian standard, Aigai mint, struck circa 450-413 BC. obv. Horse stepping right, rev. Crested helmet right in single linear square within shallow incuse square, (S.1487, Raymond Group IV, Series 1, SNG ANS 37ff, HGC 3, 782 [R2]). Very fine/good fine, very rare.

Ex Fred Shore, USA dealer c.1995 with his priced ticket ($225).
