BOIOTIA, Tanagra, (eary 4th century B.C.), silver obol (0.89 g), obv. Boiotian shield, rev. forepart of horse springing to left, in field to left T before horse and to right A, (S.2451, BCD 270a [Triton IX], Head 'Boeotia' p.52, BMC 40). Toned, good very fine and very scarce.
