C. MAMILIUS LIMETANUS, (c.82 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome Mint, (3.73 g), obv. Mercury bust to right, caduceus behind, M behind, rev. Ulysses walking to right, his dog before, C. MAMIL behind, LIMETAN before, (S.282, Cr.362/1, Syd.741, RSC Mamilia 6). Toned, serrated edge, good very fine and scarce.
