TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), silver denarius, Lugdunum Mint, issued A.D. 14-37, (3.67 g), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, around TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVSTVS, rev. PONTIF MAXIM, Livia seated to right, with vertical sceptre and branch, (S.1763, RIC 30, BMC 48, RSC 16a, H.916 [304]). Light porosity, lightly toned with an attractive portrait, good very fine - nearly extremely fine and scarce.
