NEW ZEALAND CENTENNIAL, Wellington, 1940, The New Zealand Institution of Engineers, incorporated 1914, struck in bronze (41mm), by M&K (Mayer & Kean, Wellington), uninscribed (S.558; M.-). Nearly uncirculated and extremely rare.

Unlisted in Morel.

Sutherland states 'Sixteen of these medals were awarded to contributors of papers accepted for inclusion in Proceedings, vol. XXVI, 1939-40'.
