WWII IDENTITY TAG, fashioned on a gilt New Zealand, 1941 halfpenny, obverse smoothed out and a 'NZ Onward' coat of arms applied in the centre, underneath '44448' inscribed, reverse as normal coin, pierced at top with ring suspension. Very fine.
