THE BANK OF ADELAIDE, one pound specimen, Adelaide, 1st June 1893, discordant serial numbers 1060001 and 1160000, imprint of Bradbury Wilkinson & Co Ld, Engravers London, perforated SPECIMEN at signature reserve, '10th Decr 1901' in pencil top left corner (MVR 3). Nearly uncirculated and rare.

Ex Monetarium Australia, private purchase 28/4/98 ($5,000), with their certificate, Noble Numismatics Sales 114 (lot 3874) and Sale 131 (lot 2197).
