John Sapier, apprentice electrical fitter, age 19, born at Kobryn, Poland; Enl.10Mar1942 at No.2 Recruiting Centre, Sydney, NSW; Disch.05Feb1946 on demobilization as LAC ex 2 PD (Personnel Depot) with electrical mustering and with various postings in Australia and did not serve for a period of 3 months or more in Northern Territory to qualify for Defence Medal.
