PELOPONNESOS, Messenia, Asine, Plautilla (Augusta, A.D. 202-205), AE assarion, 20mm. (3.31 g), obv. draped bust right of Plautilla, around, **FOUA PLAUTILLA*, rev. draped female figure standing facing on basis, ACINAI**W*N, (S.-. BCD Peloponnesos 772 [This Coin, illustrated], cf.NCP p.51). Very fine, with dark green patina, a few light earthen deposits. Unique.
