VOLUSIAN, (A.D. 251-253), silver antoninianus (struck as Augustus), issued 251-2, Rome Mint, (3.15 g), obv.IMP CAE C VIB VOLVSIANO AVG radiate draped bust right, rev. PIETAS AVGG Pietas standing left altar at feet (S.9761, RIC 182, RSC.88). Extremely fine and very scarce.
