NEW ZEALAND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION, Christchurch, 1882, struck uniface in gilt copper (64x5mm), no maker, reverse scarified and lower part of rim blackened, probably for inserting into an exhibited item (M.1882/24). Some gilt rubbed off in right field to reveal copper surface, otherwise toned and nearly very fine.
