NEW ZEALAND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION, Christchurch, 1882, struck in gilt bronze (64mmx4mm thick), no maker, reverse plain (obverse, M.1882/23, see also M.1882/24a for plain reverse but that medal 4.5mm thick). A few edge nicks and thin scratches, otherwise very fine and rare.

Unlisted by Morel - possibly used for attaching to a winning exhibit.
