NORTHERN AGRICULTURAL & PASTORAL ASSOCIATION, Otago, Instituted 1863, cast in white metal (51mm), by J.Moore F., reverse inscribed but barely legible '1869/? Chrystal/Best Mare In/Yard'. Very good and unrecorded in white metal, possibly crafted for display purposes.

At the Association's show held in November 1869 the silver medal for Best Mare in the Yard was won by Mr Chrystal's 'Blink Bonny'.
