MASONIC, Lodge Manukau, Past Master's jewel, handcrafted in gold (15ct, tot wt 18.62g, 62x42mm), by CMP (C.M.Page, Auckland), ring-top suspension with 15ct suspension and ribbon stick-pin bar, affixed to the ribbon is a gold tri-leaf emblem and bearing 'No 24' at the top and above this is a claw set ruby, reverse of jewel inscribed 'Presented To/Wor.Bro. E.W.Wood/By The Bretheren/Mar 22nd 1906'. In a case, extremely fine.
The installation of officers, including W.Bro. E.W.Wood as I.P.M. (Immediate Past Master) occurred at the Masonic Hall, Onehunga on Thursday evening, 22 March 1906. It was noted that the additions and improvements to the hall, that had been taken in hand some time ago by Bro. E.Wood, were completed in time for the installation, and came in for general commendation.^^With research.
