(Grand Chapter) Council, Secretary jewel in gilt silver and enamel (37x42mm), on ribbon with top suspension bar marked 'Secretary', hallmarked for Birmingham 1938 by maker, C&Co (Cashmore & Co), reverse inscribed 'Pres. to Bro.G.G.Stanford. K.O.M. for Services. 1939.'. Good very fine.
