R.A.King, includes Assistant Waiter 1969, Waiter 1970, Primo 1971, Treasurer 1971, Attendance 1971, all with ribbons and stick-pin brooch bars, the first four with N.Z. fern leaf emblems and the last with 1971 clasp. Fine - very fine. (5)
