N.Z.B.B.A. (New Zealand Brass Bands Association), award medals, includes Quartette Junior 1st (Christchurch), in gold (9ct, tot wt 13.94g, 29.5mm), by M&K Ld (Mayer & Kean, Wellington); another for same event (Wellington), in gold (9ct, tot wt 14.22g, 29.5mm), no maker; another, 'A' Section Other Than Coronets Junior 2nd. (Wellington), in silver (29.5mm), no maker Wanganui Competition Society Incorp, in silver (34.5x43mm), no maker; the preceding all have ring top suspensions with ribbons and pin-back brooch bars; also three other award medals, one in silver with gold centre and two in silver, all have ring top suspension and the last two have pin-back brooch bars; all the medals are unnamed but they are in boxes and the accompanying cards indicate that they were won by Dennis Parkin in 1959 and 1960. Uncirculated. (7)
