ADDINGTON SCHOOL, fob medal, handcrafted in silver with gold centre (26x32mm), hallmarked for Birmingham 1920 by W.A (William Adams Ltd, Birmingham), ring top suspension, obverse inscribed 'CH', reverse inscribed 'Addn. School/1st/Class Attendance/1913-21'. Very fine.

At the Addington School break-up held in December 1921 a medal for 8 years unbroken attendance was won by Cecil Hughes. Mention of this award was made in the 1922 annual report of the Addington School Committee.
