TYC (TAURAGA YACHT CLUB), Flying Dutchman Inter Dominion Championship, Melbourne, 1964-66, prize medal in aluminium (47mm), by Stokes, Melb, pierced hole on edge top and bottom and swivel fitted to support frame in the centre of a silvered brass ashtray by Stokes, medal inscribed ' Second/"Takapuna"/Crew: R.Roberts'; small timber stand (61x102.5mm) with affixed voided silvered image of a yacht in the ocean, below is a gilt and enamel badge for TYC (Tauraga Yacht Club), below this is a plaque inscribed '"Takapuna" 2nd./S.O.Nicholas Cup/1965-66'. The ashtray and the timber stand with oxidation, otherwise fine. (2)
