SCOTLAND, half hunter pocket watch style barometer, 1870s, in silver (48mm), by Aird & Thomson, Glasgow, ring top suspension, reverse inscribed 'Presented/To/John H.Brown Esquire/By/A Few Friends In Glengarry/On His/Departure To New Zealand/December 1879.' Age toning on dial, indicator hand loose, working order unknown, otherwise very good.
