VESTA, in silver (31x43mm), hand decorated by W.H.Tandy & Sons, hallmarked for Birmingham 1898, no suspension, front inscribed 'C.M.R./LED Section/Cpl Feary/Warren Camp/1901'. A few small dents, otherwise very fine.

Warren Camp was located near Oxford at North Canterbury in New Zealand. Cust is also a small village located near North Canterbury. One of the units at the camp in October 1901 was Cust Mounted Rifles. A sports competition was held at the camp and in the LED Horses event, Cpl Feary's Section finished second.
