JOHNSTON'S TOURIST SERVICE, Blue Motors Ltd, Auckland, N.Z, badge struck in silvered and enamel (53x40.5mm), by Young & Co (Auckland), lug back. Nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
In the 1930s and 40s Johnston Blue Motors Ltd was operating a tourism service from Princess St, Auckland (opposite the Grand Hotel). In the early 1960s the company was taken over and the blue livery removed.
